Terms

Age minimum. Each event lists an age minimum on its event page. If you are under it, you cannot enter -- no exceptions.

ID required. Bring a valid government photo ID that matches your face. No ID, no entry.

Your ticket is one entry. The QR is scanned at the door. Once scanned, that ticket is used. Re-entry is up to the door -- do not assume you can leave and come back unless we say so.

Sharing your ticket. The first person to arrive with a valid QR gets in. If you send your QR to a friend, that is your call, but only one of you can use it. Keep your order URL private if you do not want your ticket forwarded.

Right to refuse. We (and the venue) can refuse entry, remove someone, or refuse service for reasons including but not limited to: visible intoxication, aggressive behaviour, dress code, weapons, fraudulent ID, or breaking house rules. See Refunds for how this affects your money.

Photography and video. The event may be photographed or filmed. By entering, you consent to appearing in that footage. We will not share personally identifiable information about you outside the event itself.

Your data. We store your name, email, and phone with your order. We use them to send your ticket, help you if something goes wrong, and let you know about future Hotspot events. We do not sell your data. Reply to the confirmation email or DM us to be removed from event updates.
